Enrolmentsagasnet Joining the sagasnet database is free of charge. Participation in the Developing Interactive Narrative Content Seminar is limited to confirmed applicants from MEDIA member countries. Applicants coming from other countries please contact the sagasnet office for details. The working language will be English. Applicants may choose to apply just for participation in the seminar or for participation in the seminar combined with several face-to-face consulting sessions focussing on the project in development they applied with. In case of applying for the seminar plus consulting sessions an application fee amounting to EUR 60,00 will be charged (total fee for participation with project EUR 860,-/EUR 2060,-). Participation fees
Confirmed participants may apply for reimbursement of travel expenses at economy standards (in case of air travel, expense coverage is limited to the lowest available rate) as well as coverage of hotel accommodation. (Funding available only for a limited number of participants.) Payment of the full fee is due upon confirmation of participation. Cancellations must be made in writing (via fax and e-mail valid only after confirmation of receipt from the sagasnet office). Cancellations made fewer than three weeks prior to the starting date of the workshop are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 20% of the participation fee. In case of cancellations made after April 20 2007 there will be no reimbursement of the participation fee. |
